Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MigraSense mobile application (the "App") operated by VPN LLC US. ("us", "we", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you should not use the App.

Data Privacy

All data you enter into MigraSense remains exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or access your data in any way.

MigraSense operates completely offline, with no server communication. There is no account creation required, and no data leaves your device.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the App. We recommend using your device's built-in security features such as passcode protection and regular backups.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VPN LLC US. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Limitation Of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall VPN LLC US be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

MigraSense is not a medical device or service and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
